What is Physical Therapy?

The purpose of physical therapy is to help patients reduce pain and improve or restore mobility - in many cases without expensive surgery and often reducing the need for long-term use of prescription medications and their side effects.

-APTA (American Physical Therapy Association)

Our Physical Therapists teach our patients how to prevent or manage their condition so that they will achieve long-term health benefits. We examine the individual and develop a plan, using treatment techniques to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability.

Our Therapists are fluent in English, Spanish, Korean and Tagalog.

Exercise & Stretching

We typically begin therapy sessions with light exercise and stretching targeting specific muscle groups. Our office uses professional exercise equipment to treat our patients. Our therapists also provide patients with comprehensive exercise and workout programming during therapy sessions to help build up strength and reduce pain at the office and at home.

We provide electrotherapy stimulation and hot pack massages to relieve muscle tension and pain. Therapists work one-on-one with patients and provide individualized care so that all patients feel that their specific medical needs are satisfied.
